Recurring runs on a standing schedule. Your print profiles stay locked and stored, setup is paid once, and unit 900 in month six matches unit 3 from the first run. Assembly, kitting, and direct-to-customer shipping available.

TIER 03
1–24 units to validate a design on the exact machines and settings your future batch would use — then scale without changing vendors. Half your prototype fee is credited toward a batch order of the same part within 60 days.

Engineering materials run on a dedicated high-temperature drying workflow (7 AMS HT units in service) — moisture-sensitive nylons are printed dry, every run, not “probably dry.”
Single-color and multicolor production available — 10 AMS 2 Pro units run automated multi-spool feeds across the fleet. Need something not listed? Ask — additional materials are quoted case-by-case, and we will tell you plainly if a material is outside what we can qualify.

Send production-ready STL, STEP, 3MF, or OBJ files. We review every file before quoting and flag printability issues in writing — wall thicknesses, overhangs, orientation trade-offs — at no charge. We do not provide design, modeling, or reverse-engineering services.
Your files remain yours. We print only what you have the rights to manufacture: by submitting files you confirm you own or license the design, and we decline trademarked and copyrighted third-party designs. We're glad to sign a mutual NDA before you send anything.
Calibrated FDM production. During file review we tell you — in writing, before you pay — whether your critical dimensions and fits are achievable with this process, and where they'll want a tolerance conversation. If a feature needs machining-grade precision, we say so instead of shipping you a disappointment.
Roughly: under ~1,000 units, when you may still revise the design, when you need parts in days not months, or when tooling cost kills the business case. Over that, molding usually wins on unit price — and we'll tell you when you've crossed that line.
Parts that fail our own inspection never ship — they're pulled under our non-conforming-part procedure. If something wrong reaches you anyway, we reprint it. First-article approval on every batch exists so “wrong” is defined before production, not after.

California orders are taxable sales. Resellers: send a CA resale certificate with your order and we handle it correctly from invoice one.
