30-Day Return Window

We stand behind every model we print. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your model must be in its original, undamaged condition with all original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at info@ufodesigns3d.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions and the shipping address. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for both domestic and international orders. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your model arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@ufodesigns3d.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or full refund. In these cases, return shipping is on us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: custom or made-to-order models, items that have been painted, modified, or assembled beyond their original condition, and gift cards.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different model is to return your current item and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union and United Kingdom — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original, undamaged condition with all packaging and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for cooling-off period returns are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Refunds for international orders will be processed in the original currency of the transaction.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@ufodesigns3d.com.
