Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
All U.S. orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after processing. USPS Priority Mail is also available at checkout for faster 1–3 business day delivery.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally to select countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Available carriers include USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International, and DHL Express Worldwide.
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- USPS First Class Package International: 7–21 business days
- USPS Priority Mail International: 6–10 business days
- DHL Express Worldwide: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Delays may occur due to customs processing in the destination country.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. UFODesigns3D has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@ufodesigns3d.com with photos of the damage and your order number. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
Lost or Stolen Packages
UFODesigns3D is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your package is missing, contact us at info@ufodesigns3d.com and we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information to help you investigate. For international orders, please allow additional time for customs clearance before reporting a package as lost.
